At Risk Pregnancy

At risk pregnancy is becoming more common throughout the country. Both existing high-risk conditions and pregnancy complications increase the chances of women experiencing difficulties during and after pregnancy. Many conditions during pregnancy are managed by chosen OBGYN and other medical specialists. Some existing conditions can be permanent but managed through medication and on-going care, while others can be treated during or after pregnancy. Conditions that occur during pregnancy can also become permanent while others are just a result of pregnancy. Women's bodies go through a lot of changes during pregnancy which is completely normal, consequently, some changes can be more complex than others to a woman’s body.

Comfort and Care Foundation wants to help women and families that have or are experiencing high risk pregnancy.
